Resep Awet Muda

Here's a simple recipe ageless:

  1. Keep anger because anger is energy consuming adversely affect your physical.
  2. Confront any problems with the relaxed and calm, without forgetting the problem itself.
  3. If something can be solved by peace, why should be coupled with the tension?
  4. Do not care for things other people do much less sentenced.
  5. Envy and jealousy adversely affect your heart and blood circulation.
  6. Do not grieve too long. Look for materials with busied themselves consolation.
  7. Deal with angry people calm and do not enter into your heart.
  8. This world is spinning. When you're at the bottom, do not despair. There are times when you surely will come up the stairs. But if you've been on top, remember that you can fall down.
  9. Accept suffering with resignation and piety to God because suffering brings wisdom always a joy.
  10. Do not feel old quickly because tomorrow than you are young now.
  11. You need your physical guard with sports and gymnastics.
